Biography:
LOGAN is the directorial pseudonym for the designers Alexei Tylevich and Ben Conrad. It also is the name for the design and production company they established in Los Angeles in 2000. Moving into music videos with their inventive take on Thai pulp movies for Money Mark, they have since directed numerous music videos and commercials, working with artists and clients such as Ken Ishii, Jurassic 5, No Doubt, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Target and Nike. Logan were recently named among the 10 Directors to Watch by Boards magazine. Both Tylevich and Conrad have been involved with computer animation and time-based media for over 10 years, and are recipients of numerous awards. Tylevich's work has been recognized in many publications and exhibitions, including SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater, Ars Electronica, I.D., Creative Review, and Eye, among others. He was named one of the "20 people bringing 21st century Hollywood to life" by Wired magazine, and recognized as one of the top 40 designers by I.D. magazine.
